Brand Evolution

In 2021 Levin Rinke rolled out a full rebrand to highlight and celebrate 30 years serving the greater Pensacola area. The challenge was not creating one-off, eye-catching pieces, but elevating the entire brand into a more cohesive, premium, scalable system. I established clearer visual rules, improved hierarchy and consistency across materials, and brought stronger art direction to every client-facing touchpoint.

Results

In 2020 Levin Rinke closed out the year in roughly $525 million in sales and by the end of 2025 we were just short of $1.2 billion. Is this because of our marketing efforts? I tell the shareholders that jokingly, but there are a lot of different factors that go into that kind of success. Did it help? Absolutely. We went from a company that could be (and was) mistaken for a law firm to a highly visible, award-winning brokerage and the leader in our market.

Another impactful result of our rebrand was that we built repeatable standards that keep quality at scale and prove that a high-output environment can look good with consistency, and continue to grow with the company.

Before: inconsistent, utilitarian, asset-by-asset marketing. After: a more intentional brand system with clearer hierarchy, stronger imagery, and a more premium, recognizable experience.
