As Creative Director at Levin Rinke Realty, I lead brand expression across marketing, campaign development, digital, print, photography, social, sales materials and training materials and recruitment. I direct internal and external creatives, shape the visual standard across all touch points, and helped evolve the brand into a more premium, consistent, high-performing system.

Brand Evolution
In 2021 Levin Rinke rolled out a full rebrand to highlight and celebrate 30 years serving the greater Pensacola area. The challenge was not creating isolated good-looking pieces, but elevating the entire brand into a more cohesive, premium, scalable system. I established clearer visual rules, improved hierarchy and consistency across materials, and brought stronger art direction to every client-facing touchpoint.
Results
In 2020 Levin Rinke closed out the year in roughly $525 million in sales and by the end of 2021 we were just short of $900 million. Is this because of rebrand? I tell the owners that jokingly, but there are a lot of different factors that go into that kind of success. Did it help? Absolutely. We went from a company that could be (an was) mistaken for a law firm to a highly visible, award-winning brokerage and the leader in our market.
Money is good, but another impactful result of our rebrand was that we built repeatable standards that keep quality at scale and prove that a high-output environment can look good with consistency, and continue to grow with the company.
Before: inconsistent, utilitarian, asset-by-asset marketing. After: a more intentional brand system with clearer hierarchy, stronger imagery, and a more premium, recognizable experience.
